We offer guaranteed delivery on certain fast delivery speeds and select products. When guaranteed delivery is available on an order, it will be clearly marked on the checkout page with an associated delivery date and fee (if applicable).
If we provide a guaranteed delivery date and a delivery attempt is not made by this date, we will provide a refund of any shipping fees associated with that order.
Note: The order within countdown reflects Colombia delivery capability at the moment the page was opened. The delivery day may become unavailable within that time frame, prior to completing your order, due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity.
The availability estimate on each product detail page tells you how long it will take to ship the item out to you.
Note: The availability estimates are for single-copy orders only. If you're ordering more than one of a single item, here are some things to consider that may impact when your order ships:
- Multiple copies of the same item may not be available.
- Orders for multiple copies of a single item could ship from different locations in separate shipments because we spread our inventory across our network.
- Larger orders take longer to prepare and ship.
When possible, items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.
Items from multiple orders may be combined into the same package if the orders meet the following criteria:
- Multiple orders are placed through the same customer account
- The orders are being shipped to the same address.
- Items from each order are located at the same fulfillment center or warehouse.
- The orders are shipping at around the same time.
- The items will be delivered by your promised delivery date.
Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You'll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will not be charged more than the total amounts quoted at checkout for all orders.

Our site proudly offers shipping to countries outside Colombia. Shipments are fulfilled by our international logistics partner. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that the financial transaction and shipment may/will be processed by our logistics partner.

International shipping is offered through DHL/UPS/Fedex/Hermes (US, Canada, Scandinavia, Europe, East Europe, Russia) and 4-72 (Latin America only). Based on the destination country, there is a flat rate shipping fee for the shipments. The estimated shipping timeline varies based on the destination country.
Free, expedited or other flat-rate shipping and return promotions do not apply to international orders.
The prices on our site do not include local sales Tax/VAT. These additional costs may be charged to you upon delivery.
Customers may be subject to additional charges in order to receive their package, depending on the destination. Such charges include Customs & Duty charges, VAT/local taxes, etc. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout. Only the value of the item(s) and the delivery fee are paid at checkout, even though an estimate of said import charges may be provided for certain shipping destinations. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer.
Depending on the parcel carrier, a notification email may be sent to the customer when additional charges have been calculated, prior to delivery. Such a notification will inform the customer of additional fees required. Alternatively, the customer may be contacted by phone. Only US orders under 800 USD and Australian orders under 1000 AUD (low-value orders) are eligible as Tax & Customs Free Imports.
Once a parcel has entered the destination country, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. In case of forced Return-to-Sender due to unpaid additional fees, a nominative/penalty fee may apply on the sum refunded. Foreign exchange rates are updated on a daily basis and determined by www.xe.com based on Interbank rates of exchange.

We do NOT offer exchanges for international orders. However, customers can return international orders.
To return an item within 30 days from the original purchase date, international customers must contact firstname.lastname@example.org. A return shipping label will be generated electronically and sent via email or is accessible through the customer portal.
Shipping cost for returned orders can vary and is paid by the customer.
International customers should not mail their products to the domestic return address shown on the site.
When the product safely returns to its hub, logistic partner issues a credit to the customer’s card. The refund includes the price of the product, duties, and taxes. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and associated fees will affect the refund amount.

Some products and services on the site are not available for international shipping. Although you may be able to add the item to your cart, you will not be able to complete the checkout process with international shipping with these restricted items.
We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 3pm timezone America/Bogota. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur Monday - Friday in some cases on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that we may not ship to businesses, hotels, or freight forwarders.

For custom timepiece orders, please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing. Once your personalized piece has been created, your order will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.
